Dr.Paul Ojeih a popular natural medicine practitioner and founder of Iris Medical Foundation, is at the receiving end of his landlady at the moment. He is at the verge of being ejected
from the duplex, he uses as his office on Kayode Street, Ogba, Lagos. He is occupying two duplexes but one of it is about to be taken.
Gistmater.com gathered that the owner of the house, one Alhaja S.A Fowowe Agoro have already dragged the herbal medicine doctor to the Ikeja Magisterial district of Lagos State, seeking possession of the property and arrears of unpaid rents.
The suit against Ojeih by Barrister Olabode Waheed Balogun of L.O Kotun Chambers on behalf of Alhaja Folawewe- Agoro is marked as MIK/1703/11
Gistmaster.om gathered that the Plaintiff is claiming possession of the premises and Six Hundred Thousand Naira (N600,000) as arrears of rent for the period of 1 May 2010- 31 January 2011 and profit at the rate of N67,000 (Sixty Seven Thousand Naira) per month from 1 February 2011 until possession is given up and cost of the action. The plaintiff is also seeking a substantial repair of the said property.
Gistmaster gathered that that Paul Ojeih have already instructed his lawyers on the next step over the issue.
