DIRECTORS NEEDED

i just want to say a very big thank you all the people that have been sending comments, phone calls and text messages (I tell you,i receive more of that these days). Those abroad are particularly happy about the blog because they get to read celebrity stories the same day it happens.Phillip,an engineering student in Germany told me on the phone that he is very happy because he would enjoy reading what he missed on Nigeria's social circle.A fellow from http://www.austynogs.blogspot.com/ sent me a text message "niyi, good evening.am right at your blog coutesy linda ikeji. It proudly equates with so many foreignblogs i visit regularly.please, keep up the good work.Warmest Regards"
So many text and phone calls,i mean... i want to do more by breaking the barriers that has so far been associated with celebrity reporting and photography in the country.I want to ensure that every mornings and evenings that you get on the blog, you can get to read instant stories that others get to publish in a week or a month time.
I just can't thank my friend,Linda Ikeji enough. We have been close for some years now.She knew i could do it and went on and on to encourage me.Ooooh!I must not forget TY Bello. I remember,i hinted her about the vision of setting up an online daily celebrity magazine. She laughed but told me that its possible.I must thank my friend Sola Folowosele too.He has been helpful.I must not forget my darling.I call her My Tee!She has been very understanding now that everything i am doing have not yielded enough monentary returns .I went to her house last week and believe me she has been sending the Garri, making amala and calling me to say "I love you!"
What more? There are some other people who have nothing good to say .To tell you the truth,a lot of people have been asking me "How will you make money".i told them, first, let me achieve my passion. There are others who just believe that running him down syndrome is their beat.Well, unknown to them, they are making me more solid.
For now,I know some people would be kind enough to advertise on the site or even give out some pay to facilitate one or two things that would facilitate report.Ooooh!i didn't tell you i resigned my job because of the passion for online journalism.Since then,it has not been too easy.Thank God!Few months back,i got some photo job/PR jobs that assisted me in offseting my bills.January is not really an interesting month for business so i have been trying to you know...cook my beans like those days in UI.I know it is a calling and together we can get there. The world is moving at a very fast speed,we are in the internet age.So whether you are on the 24th floor,on the high sea,in London or New Zealand,a press on the button would give you the right information. The rule i have set for the blog is "clean gist"
Right now,i beleieve we need support and if you are willing to be one of the Directors of this Blog (male or female) by supporting us with one or two things please call 234-0-8038641828...God Bless you! Age is no barrier. You can even be 18 or 90.I don't know how i have been able to do the little i have done so far.Can you believe that i don't even have internet connection on my system.I hustle and hustle to get to cyber cafe...no matter the time to get you posted. If you encounter any error, bear with us,its in a bid to maximise the time bought in the cafe.
Then, don't forget,if you need me to do your wedding or event albums or record soft copies of photographs from such events or whatever just put a call through.
Together,we will get there.
