Nollywood star actress, Miss Uche Iwuji is in search of a man that can make her feel like a real woman. She told www.niyitabiti.blogspot.com on Sunday 24 February 2008 in Lagos that she is available for a serious relationship now.
On her relationship with Joseph Yobo, the British based international football star, Uche said they are still friends though they are no longer dating. “Yobo is no more in my life but that doesn’t mean we can’t be friends” she said. Stressing further that her relationship with another Port Harcourt based businessman has since crashed also.
“So what does Uche really want in a man?” I asked. “I am not gunning for a man who can buy me a Ferrari and all that. What I simply want is a caring man who is just comfortable” she said amidst laughter.
On the ‘worst dressed’ label that was slammed on her following what she wore to This Day award,Uche disclosed that she is well in tune with Hollywood fashion.
“I wonder why people are saying that I didn’t dress well to the award.Look, I buy international fashion magazines regularly and I try to wear the latest as defined by Hollywood stars. Victoria Beckham wore that same dress to an award. I know that Ciara also wore it in one her performances with 50 Cent”
“When I got to London, I didn’t see the purple type that Victoria Beckham wore so I bought for the blue one.”
loool oh no she didnt just say that she bought the exact same replica of victoria's dress..thank God she confessed dat she bought it frm jand.i have friends here in jand that hv dat same dress,those on facebook can testify too of hving seen the dress in dem pix with naija girls here in some parties..lol nd i knw dat de r complete knockoffs of the original dress..lol uche i used to like u but....

Now i see where Uche got it wrong.The fact that it fitted all those stars well does not mean it will sit well on her too.

THAT dress looked like it couldnt decide of it wanted to be christmas wraping paper or rubber left over from a dominatrixs outfit or recycled tin foil..it was a very confused dress.and the wearer didn't even give it any direction.

ReplyDeleteMistake No 1... posh is not a style icon but a clothes horse. she just has money and so can buy lots of nice stuff but does she mix them up like a real fashionista ... am afraid not in my opinion.
Mistake no 2.... posh and ciara are skinny minnies. uche is a bit cuddly so wat makes her think that wat ci and posh wear will fit her.
