In the on going effort of the new Lagos State Government to be a pacesetter, and also encourage public-private sector partnership, it has rolled out Miss Precision Beauty Pageant under the umbrella of Lagos State Sports Council.Miss Precision Beauty Pageant is a pageant different from regular pageants. The word PRECISION means ‘ACCURACY’ and hitting target which is the embodiment of the Shooting Sports value system. The Pageant is the process of selecting a highly intelligent, confident, accurate and beautiful young lady, who would be the youthful female Ambassador of Shooting Sports in Lagos State. In addition the winner shall be the official face for the development of Shooting Sports, and a fore runner in the propagation of constituency values.
She will visit appropriate corporate bodies and other agencies to enhance the success of her one year plans.
However, the unique thing that sets this pageant apart from others, is that there will be no bikinis or swimming suits to expose flesh BUT instead contestants shall don trendy sports wears and have Novelty Matches amongst themselves.
There are different prizes for the contest, prizes like Cars, Generators, Uk & Ghana Trips, Beauty Treatment, Weekend for two, Clothes etc to be won. In addition, the winner will have the privilege of having the 1st Lady of Lagos State crown and mentor her.

Miss Precision was given birth to by the Lagos State Shooting Sports Association under the Chairmanship of Supol Kayode Samuel, Otunba Tayo Olanrewaju (Vice Chairman), Barrister Kunle Sofola and Mr. Travih Nunayo. The actualization of the pageant was perfected by Lagos State Sports Council under the leadership of Mr. Yomi Dada. “Friends of Lagos State” have teamed up support to ensure that the Pageant is a great success.
The official energy drink of Miss Precision Pageant is Red Alert Energy Drink. Amongst other sponsors, Eko Tourist Beach Resort under the leadership of Mrs. Kike Oyemade, Ambassadors Hotel, Etal Hotel have given support, while several Automobile Companies, Fashion Homes, and Telecommunication Companies have signified interest and have opened negotiation with the organizers.
