  Gistmaster: Former GTbank Big Girl, Alima Atta is dead.Beautiful and charming,Alima worked in Gtbank corporate communications some years ago. She was the managing director of Sasema PR before her death.

  Alima Atta has over eighteen years of experience in the fields of marketing and public relations. Prior to starting up Sesema, she worked for MMD Marketing Communications and Anderson Soames, two PR agencies based in the UK, in Consumer Product Management for AT&T in the United States, and in Corporate Communications for Guaranty Trust Bank in Nigeria. Ms Atta holds a Postgraduate Diploma in
Marketing from Kingston University, Surrey as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) French and Sociology from University of London.

 In his tribute, Raheem Akingbolu of Thisday newspapers wrote "Three years ago, you sent a mail to me that you had skin crisis and admitted in a foreign hospital. Few months later, precisely in 2012, you invited me to an exclusive party organised to mark the 10 years anniversary of your agency -Sesema PR. It was fun all through. Alima, daughter of a former IG, Aliyu Atta, was a fantastic Public Relations practitioner and in fact a former vice president of PRCAN. A motivational speaker and humanist per excellence. She died of skin cancer a few hours ago. You re being missed already.
