Shortly after
publishing the profile on my blog, I read different newspapers and magazines
online to get other updates on the death of the Oba Sijuade. Almost all the

His glamorous wife, Olori Ladun was in Lagos, some weeks ago to
attend the baby dedication of Ngozi Nkoloenyi’s daughter dedication. We have
several Nigerian bloggers in the UK who are re-publishing what someone in

I heard that some ife council of chiefs have denied that Ooni of Ife is dead.Sources disclosed they did so because laid down traditional rules are to be followed before the formal announcement by Obalufe of Ife,Oba Omisakin. So who is the man who will step into the big shoes of the Ooni of Ife? The man must posses certain qualities in abundance according to the precedence set up by Oba Sijuade.He must be very rich,famous and well connected.His sense of style must also be very impeccable like that of the predecessor. Lastly, the next of Ooni of Ife must be confirmed by Ifa, according to the Yoruba tradition.
